Absolutely fantastic service from Matt. From the offset when I made a quick visit to the showroom, to the home visit and then the design plan, everything went brilliantly. We have had an excellent experience with the Sofa Design Studio, from our initial visit to the Studio through to the delivery of our furniture, which was in line with the expected delivery date. Our sofa and chairs look really good and we are very happy with them. Matt was really supportive in helping us to choose the fabrics for our range of furniture, making a home visit so that we could look at the fabrics in situ. His product knowledge was fantastic and he helped me through the various styles and materials. There was no pressure selling and I was given all the information and sound advice i needed to make a decision. The sofas arrived inside the delivery timeframe, the guys did all the unwrapping and heavy lifting. I’m absolutely over the moon with my three sofas, they look and feel great.
